Dear friends of BoxerSport, the EU expansion is still going on. And that’s fine! Because otherwise, we wouldn’t have had the pleasure to experience this nice town in Poland called Sosnowiec near Katowice where – completely insulated - Maximilian Skiba, our new signing, has been producing great tunes for quite a while now. But this has changed now! Here we go, out of Sosnowiec and straight into this world’s record bags. When listening to the demo we thought great Jean Michel Jarre has moved to Poland now sending us, the little nice label in Germany, tracks under the pseudonym Maxim...But far from that!It’s Maximilian Skibai, 19 years old, who has just completed his A-levels. He is living in the probably most boring one-horse town of Poland as far as music is concerned and is inspired by good-old Giorgio Moroder, Kraftwerk and Liaisons Dangereuses 12inch releases. And his tracks are so incredibly fresh and funky, you won’t believe your ears! A real phenomenon!And with these 4 Electro tracks he has managed to give you a better understanding of Sosnowiec and his music. He has taken our hearts by storm...
